Over my 25+ year career, I’ve moved from scientist to programme manager to department director, leading global teams and navigating the complexities of regulated industries. I understand the pressures of QA, Regulatory Affairs, EHS, legal, commercial, and marketing to name a few, because I’ve experienced them firsthand.

Not at all. Many of my clients join the program to gain clarity about their next step . Whether that’s a promotion, a pivot, or simply more visibility in their current role. This coaching is about positioning you for leadership, not just job applications.

Yes! The program is designed with busy professionals in mind. I offer late afternoon and early evening sessions, with some weekend availability by arrangement. You’ll also have WhatsApp support until 8pm for in-between check-ins.

Life happens, and I understand that. During your onboarding, we’ll schedule all six sessions together to find times that work best for you. If you need to reschedule a session, please give me at least 48 hours’ notice you can reschedule one session during the program without any issue. If you require more flexibility or need to move additional sessions, we can discuss extending the timeline slightly to accommodate your needs.

If you’re feeling stuck, unseen, or unsure about your next step , but know you want more, you’re ready. You don’t need to have it all figured out. That’s what we’ll work on together.
It’s important that we start with a free chemistry call. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if this coaching relationship is the right fit for both of us.
